    The largest and voted best block party(6 years now) in America starts tomorrow with "Cruis'in the Coast 2025".I was out cruising around saw two Torinos up for sale one a 1970GT like I had to the color blue for sale ...wish the bucks were about.

    Just finished the little 1/72 Revell Do-17 night fighter.The kit was pretty good in it's fit but I managed to droop the L/tailplane a few degrees was more worried about the seam and forgot the 90' angle.

    That's looking really good Ralph I kept looking at that turret thinking Panther?I then and went and looked at my unbuilt Tamy kit ...mid-production.She looks good and the scheme is cool.

    Some Nice stuff Carl I almost P/u another Knight in Mobile today the Blue Knight but it just did not have feel realism so just got paint glue and other bits.

    She came out looking good Gus and for me it's always nice to finish and move on to something else...now to finish a 1/72 Do-17 canopy mask the ole way.

    I had a black retriever she was 85lbs if the collar was off she would catch squirrel/rabbits playing with them it was always my job to do the cu de gra ...I rather do that than watch a slow death.

    Much more to do Rob but my favorite part of the build though hence the reason I like it it adds much.

    The forward SS is rigged and I think I may of gotten about 90% now on to the rear SS many rope lines for flags in that area so some more brown into the mix.Sorry had taken two pics earlier to close got fuzzy did those without the cover you get the cover this time.

    I am kinda calling this one done.The build was different and fun the dio is not a strong point for me but it kinda works I may still paint the stones a more grey color.

    I have not looked but wood guess the Bismarck was maybe 100' longer than the Scharnhorst the hull is 2/3" longer.

    The Bismarck in 1/200 since the Scharnhorst is going to wrap up in the next six months methinks

    He's been given a coat of acrylic clear to protect what has been thus far.I now move forward to the details of straps with much gold/brass effect this way the paints won't mingle I am using enamels and lacquers.
