  13. I figured that might be it and the 800 grit scotch brite was a bit worn Peter maybe a 1000 at this point but will keep in mind the wet.
  14. Maybe some one can relate/explain but I just about fooked this one up.I was spraying Light Sheen lacquer on the plane to get ready for decals did not like the texture so buffed with 800grit scotch bright got a weathered look but not what I was going after.I decided to wipe with alcohol and it stripped to the plastic in a couple of areas I was like WTH?It has to be because it was 91% alcohol?I repainted all's good and laid down my usual Future I think I well relegate that stuff to the final fluid through the airbrush on a cleaning!!
  15. Hey I was thinking of doing the Revell/SH Tempest if/when the wings/wheelwells are first.

  18. Thanks Carl as to the weathering that I have not decided may just be a dusting and some panel lines. Thanks Gary my first mottling was thin paint extra fine needle(whole plane actually) @25psi worked real good then something happened to were I went to 18psi come out like a blob it works but I like making characters if it makes sense.I draw. Gary I like to use the extra fine tip and keep it moving non-stop in a section I like the kinda faded look not as good as another fella I know but I can accomplish this in 2/3 hours to his 10+ hours.I have a couple of pics of his work he works at high pressure Tamy Acrylics and many little dots!!
