  1. But only in the drawings. All the photo's i found show them like rings...
  2. Hi Cees, What u are saying is correct. The jig parts you see in the photo go OVER the wing root attachments. Here's a pic without a jig. Not a very clear one. Here are some drawings. The shape of the connectors seem to differ from the photo's i can find. Need to look into these parts a bit more...
  3. Sure. I use Cinema4D on a Mac.
  4. Aaaahhh! Carry on!
  5. Cheers Mike! And there goes the Spar! We don't need the Spar!
  6. Thats a great start! The only nit pick is to try to drape the seatbelts a bit more against the seat. It would make it look more natural. Are these HGW or Radu's?
  7. Damn... that looks sweet. I know i should but I'm afraid I'd miss my mess...
  8. 8 yrs old?? Are you kidding me?? We have some talent amongst our ranks!!
  9. Cheers guys! (And a special thank you Cees ) Here's what i intend to do with the joints:
  10. Uhmm..... that is pretty impressive. Following along!
  11. Friggin amazing!!!
  12. Ok. This was a head scratcher. I needed to make the round knuckle joints that connect the wings to the fuselage. 4 on each side. Finally found a 4mm diameter thick tube. Sawed off thin pieces and put them in my Dremel. Sanded out the right contour. Also found a rod with exactly the right diameter that will run through the entire fuselage and will sit back 1mm in each knuckle joint.
  13. Looks great! Thnx for sharing!
  14. Lovely! You just can't get enough of 109's can you??
  15. I was thinking of getting sailboat model pulleys. They seam to have the right shape. Otherwise I'll just scratch them. Should be do-able..
  16. A nice kit for a dio I'm sure.
  17. Using the Kagero 1/32 drawings for the wing root detail. Need to describe. Rivet. Then add the details.
  18. Great detail on this kit. You don't see them getting built too often though. What scheme are you doing?
  19. Cheers Nick! Made a little bit of progress today. Revell has the wing roots moulded to the fuselage. Had to cut them off and fill the holes with green card. And what a lovely sound to hear overhead when cutting plastic!
  20. Oh my lord! This is amazing! Love it... But... no spoked wheels??
  21. Hehe, Here's some old school scratching. Added the MG17 breeches and the first wiring.
