It feels like forever since i’ve built a full armour model! Starting with the tracks. I’ve assembled many friul tracks back in the day, but this chinese brand is something else!!

Tracks look good, but are they difficult to deal with or are they good? I think they look great, but how much work were they?

Very easy to assemble. Much easier than Friul tracks.

oh ok, that's kind of what I thought, that's great news, did I read that Friul is not making tracks any longer? or am I incorrect on that, ?

From what I know is that they wont be supplying resellers anymore and instead will only sell directly to end users. Like Wnw did. Master Club tracks are a great alternative and this weird brand.

Jeroen, are the pins brass?

And where did you get them from?

If you asked me 30 years ago, I could've told you what the box said but now all I can remember is 3 something. The lighthouse says China on it.

Where did you access the 'weird' brand? just curious, as they do look good.... but I am far from an expert

Found a few with a search on eBay but they seem similar in price to Friuls, ie £30+ a set. They do look to be better finished than the Friuls in the pictures but that may be a false impression.

They are better finished. And they don’t feel like white metal. It’s tougher and feel like normal metal. Friul sometimes needs the holes openend and you have to cut your own pins, but these are all a perfect fit. Amazing stuff.

I wonder if they're zinc. I have a couple sets of Tiger tracks made by Karaya and they're zinc. The odd bit of flash but very clean otherwise. I don't think they make them anymore.

Jeroen, You still haven't revealed the brand or where you ordered from.

WTF?

Let me rephrase that.
