Folkwulfe Posted April 25, 2021 Author Share Posted April 25, 2021 Still working on the display base and dedication plaque, but I went ahead and added a small detail that I have been thinking about for some time now. The sub is supposed to depic a time when she is cruising near home port. As such, she would have been flying a flag. A paper flag was included in the kit, albeit without the swastika. I finally decided to include it as a necessary detail. My friend traded the model to me for some other project I did last year. I couldn't think of a better home for this project than the son of the dreamer who started it all some 10 years ago.
