Jeff
I think I am in need of a good cutting mat......... for my new work area at the new house............ where do you guys get yours? Man , some of them are expensive.... I think I will need a fairly large one, although I still have to measure the bench to see exactly, I am just curious as to where you guys get them, and yes I can go to the local art store, but they want an arm and a leg for a small one..... any deals to be had out there??
BlrwestSiR
Try Deserres. Their prices don't seem too bad. If you buy the big one it's free shipping too. https://www.deserres.ca/en/dcm Mine is the 12x18. I have two of them stacked on top of each other for no real reason I can think of. 3

BradG
Try Aldi. I scored an A3 one for 5 bucks on their special weekly buys.
GazzaS
Am I the only modeller in the world that doesn’t use a cutting mat? My bench top is plywood and covered with paint marks, glue blobs. Is there any benefit other than keeping your bench cut mark free? 5
