Nice work on the panel lines - Flory Washes are my go-to wash for what seems like decades now.  Holding her up, it's easy to appreciate how BIG the kit actually is.

Well, not sure if I’m happy here.  Shot the flat clear this evening.  Other than what’s in the panel lines, it’s almost impossible to notice the wash I did on top.  Bottom looks great with the sky blue base.  I’ll chuck it up to a learning experience.   Might go back and add some more along with some oil staining around the cowlings.  
I was hoping it was time to untape.  Gotta pump the brakes and rethink weathering.

Ok, you guys win!  I did just add a few oil streaks coming out of the cowl edges, but I’m going to leave it at that.

OMG!  I just untaped all the glass.  WOW!  This bird is a beauty painted up.  Nope.  Not gonna post pics.  I’ve got a few finishing details and the I’ll post up the whole enchilada in the completed thread.
