Your IP and seat are brilliant.  Beautifully done!  How did you make the seat pad and what did you use for the string/rope?  Dental floss?

Still working on the pit.

The seat is a resin seat from CMK.

Adding wiring to the instruments now. Can’t wait to close the fuselage and move on!

Seat installed.
the HGW seatbelts in this case were no treat. Bad fit of buckles, not matching instructions to actual parts. Made them work with spare Luftwaffe buckles.

I've always had issues getting the HGW belts together.  Sometimes with good results, sometimes not.  Nice work on yours, sir!

Basic colours are on the oil tank (interior green) and self healing fuel tank (brown. Should be black, but brown is more interesting in the overall scheme i think.)

Beautiful work on the cockpit Jeroen.

Have you checked the fit of the cockpit between the two MLG bays? I've heard it's very tight and doing a dry fit on the kit I have shows it wont work without some significant sanding of both the cockpit and the bays.

I have been warned by Cees Broere and am expecting a battle :))

Beautiful cockpit work, Jeroen.  I have the Tempest kit but still, following along closely with what you are doing.  Agree on the brown, self-healing tank.  Def more interesting!

I'm most impressed with how realistic that hand is in the photographs!  Must be 3D printed or a super accurate resin cast it is so life-like....

Preparing to close the fuselage. Some weird issues bit nothing i can’t fix. Luckily. It’s Special Hobby and not Tamiya. Just need to keep that in mind. Opened another small hatch to give room to the filler cap of the red small tank on the right side, situated below the fuel tank. Can’t remember what it was for.
