HubertB
Well, the title says it all. I know that the skyrocketing postage costs make the generosity of the raffle less and less affordable, but it is still a nice initiative to keep the bond of the forum going β¦ What fo you say ? BlrwestSiR
I would be up for it.Β The biggest possible hurdle here in Canada is the current ongoing postal strike. So it may take a bit longer to get a prize either coming or going to the Great White North.Β But that's why we have a stash...
mark31
I will be up for it just like last year i will go for a gift card. Β Mark
ScottsGT
Iβm in. Β One year I did a gift card for anyone outside to CONUS and a kit from the stash for within. Β Iβll probably go the gift card route this year as well. Β
GusMac
Similar, I'll go for a gift card for the recipient's favoured store.
TJTX
I'm possibly interested.Β Β What about instead of a raffle we did a Secret Santa?Β Everyone gets assigned someone to send something too.Β We can better make sure the recipient gets something they would like and use instead of just a random drawing.

Β This is my strategy as well.Β The GC is for the price of what I would send but the funds can be used for anything.Β I'm in!
Administrators Clunkmeister Posted December 8 Administrators Share Posted December 8 Iβll be setting up a Christmas raffle most likely later today. Last year, people were constrained by shipping costs, so Iβll most likely open it up to gift cards in lieu of big boxes if it involve sending out of your Country of residence.Β I simply want it to be fun, and fun gets lost when shipping gets to be twice the value of the prize itself. I can recommend βPirate Shipβ shipping. Β It saves a TON on shipping.Β 5
