Don´t want to spoil the party, but the Prince of Darkness is gone. RIP Ozzy

Rob

Just got home from The Offspring concert here in Toronto. They did a tribute set to Ozzy and had the guitarist from Sum41 join them in it. An amazing show altogether.

They finally released Macross: Do You Remember Love on BluRay.

I ordered a copy from Japan as it's not getting a  North American release as the rights are still a bit of a hot mess here.

Needless to say, I couldn't wait to pop this into the PlayStation to play it only to find out the PlayStation has died....

From Tamiya, their , FIAT ABARTH 695 SS (24173) A cool, little kit of a car I've always liked.

I think it will be a fun build if I ever get back to building again😀

Nice one Ralph😀  I have that one in my stash, and the Soviet version.

I bought a set of Friulmodel tracks for mine. Incidentally, the Soviet version comes with working tracks.

Oh wow I’ll have to look into the Soviet kit. Thanks for the suggestion.

You're going to get a direct comparison with the ZM kit soon, Martin (finally found a way to circumvent the Portuguese Post website security issues)

;)

That would good to see. I forgot to do that when I had both kits in my stash. I know Martin has done comparisons between the two kit nose sections already but nice to see how the rest of the kits compare.

I woke up and all of sudden the fuselage is assembled... not counting the nose section. :)

Watch out those pesky model building elves don't get into the stash. That could be quite the pain to sort out if they did. I had a small infestation of them and ended up with a WiP pile that's proving a challenge to get through:

This is how you end up with Carl’s «  neat and tidy » workbench …

Wow! That's proceeding quickly! Have you been having any fit problems?

Not at all Paul. This kit is falling together by itself. The issues with assembly were self inflicted. I was rushing, with focus on reshaping the intake area. So I knew that re-scribing and filling will be necessary. To be honest, considering the complexity of the frame, this is actually really nice kit.
the puttied bits are my doing the rest is click-clack.
