But I did bring my AB in and will give a good cleaning......harv Harv Do you feel the added weight of the attached moisture trap when air brushing? Do you paint outside in the garage all the time? You're way tougher then me Keep 'em comin Peter 2
harv Posted August 10, 2021 Author Posted August 10, 2021 Peter, no not really. Infact, I think it gives it more balance. And I paint in my old garage.....harv 1
Peterpools Posted August 10, 2021 Posted August 10, 2021 Harv Any reason why you prefer the moisture trap on the AB rather then the compressor? I'm a down the middle of the road kind of guy - I don't like the heat or cold. 60F is perfect for me and of course, no humidity. Keep 'em comin Peter 1
harv Posted August 10, 2021 Author Posted August 10, 2021 Actually, I have two traps. One on the compressor and the one on the brush. No real reason....harv 2
Martinnfb Posted October 24, 2021 Posted October 24, 2021 priceless pictures, those 109 gondolas won't cut it  2 1
harv Posted October 24, 2021 Author Posted October 24, 2021 Thanks Martin. I do have those same pics....harv 2
CrankyCrafstman Posted January 26, 2022 Posted January 26, 2022 Hey Harv  Any progress on this? I've been using this to do my FW190-A5 build, so don't stop know, I'll be stuck...lol Great build so far. Ron G 2 1
harv Posted January 26, 2022 Author Posted January 26, 2022 Hi Ron. I guess you'll have to wait a bit longer. I put it aside to work on the Wessex. But thanks for the shout out....harv 3
harv Posted December 15, 2022 Author Posted December 15, 2022 Yes, it's been almost a year !! But liking Gaz build, though I'd try my hand at Archers rivet set....harv 6
harv Posted December 16, 2022 Author Posted December 16, 2022 I don't know. Not impressed. I dont care for the fact they are black.Thinking about getting the HGW set....harv 2 1 1
DocRob Posted December 16, 2022 Posted December 16, 2022 Good to see you back on the Würger. What's not to like about the rivets Harv, maybe except the slightly off orientation . Cheers Rob 2 1 1
Peterpools Posted December 16, 2022 Posted December 16, 2022 Harv Rivets look really good and once your hit the priming and painting stages, their color shouldn't matter or am I missing something, like always?  2 1
harv Posted December 16, 2022 Author Posted December 16, 2022 Peter, thanks. I was hoping sand the paint back so they sorta show through, like Gaz build...harv 3
Peterpools Posted December 16, 2022 Posted December 16, 2022 Harv Got ya, then you're so right, the black rivets don't work. Â 3
GazzaS Posted December 16, 2022 Posted December 16, 2022 Glad to see you back on this, Harv. If you get the HGW set, make sure they are for the specific model you are making. I bought a set for the Hasegawa G6 and they didn't fit the ZM g6 well at all. 2 1
Martinnfb Posted December 17, 2022 Posted December 17, 2022 This set is not exactly correct, the oval rivet pattern should be running around the cover , not within. The HGW set has it right. I will check back on you in a year ? 4
Peterpools Posted December 17, 2022 Posted December 17, 2022 Harv Details, details, and more details. I remember the good old days when just having close to good looking rivets was a treat - many moons a go for sure. Â 2 1 2
