  1. Well here's my latest addition to my stash and I swear the last, lol!! Screaming deal on eBay and thank you Thomas for emailing me a very hard to find set of instructions! Revell vintage 1994 1/40 A-1 Skyraider!
  2. Well it sure looks sharp Jan. Haven't seen a camouflage scheme like and its refreshing to see it. Of course I'll have to steal it, lol!!
  3. Wow looking good my friend!! I'm watching your build with great interest as I just ordered a new Revell kit as a winter project. I also got a screaming deal on a 1994 Revell 1/32 Scale US Navy A-1 Skyraider Kit for $29.95!!! No instructions or decals but parts still sealed in their plastic. If you know anyone who might have instruction I'd be happy to pay for them. I contacted Revell customer service so I'll see what they say. See you on Skype soon! Ralph.
  4. Wow love this!!! I'm right in the middle of a Ju88C-6 night-fighter build. As with Jeroen I really like your camouflage scheme with the multicolors. Looks very sharp! Nice job. Ralph.
  5. Wonderful work on your pilot figure. He's very life like! Ralph.
  6. Arno is that foil has adhesive on it? Ralph
  7. I just purchased a riveting tool and eBay to try my hand at and I've seen plastic rulers at Staples and Office Max like this. I'll have to go down there today and get a few as they're only a few dollars US. Ralph
  8. Before joining this forum and just after my heart attack in August of 2013 I built a Revell Me162 using the skills I possessed at the time. I used canned spray paint and did the camouflage spots by hand with a brush using two shades of testers paint, lol!! Still pretty proud of my effort but after seeing your efforts I think I'd enjoy revisiting a new Revell Me162 build this winter :-) Oh by the way wheels up for hanging in the basement!
  9. Wow looking good Arno. Is the foil you're using to make the panels wine bottle? Makes me want to buy another Revell kit off eBay for $19.95 US!
  10. Wow looks like you had a great visit. Very interesting museum to say the least! Are those all things/parts/crashes etc found in the local area? Ralph.
  11. Looks really good. Look forward to seeing the matt coat as that's what I plan for the Ju88. Ralph.
  12. Amazing how far aviation/space technology has progressed in 100 years. Absolutely mind blowing!
  13. You can send me a free kit to build and I'll publish my efforts, lol!!
  14. Well then it's blessed now, lol!!
  15. Absolutely beautiful kit. Fantastic review James. Love the rivet details throughout the model. Is there a US price yet?
  16. Very cool. Following this build with great interest. Can't imagine the noise in the cockpit with that ram-jet running. We built one when I was a teen. It worked really well but wow the noise!!
  17. Definitely a minimalist cockpit for a one way trip. Not sure I'd like to attempt a bailout before detonation however!!
  18. Fabulous work. Your engine looks as if it was just shutdown!! Beautiful!1
  19. Thanks so much for the wiring advice. I've been doing research on the wiring and tubing of the Ju88 landing gear bay and struts so intend to use it as my first foray into that skill. My wire has tons of hobby wire in a million sizes, shapes and colors, "see picture" but will visit Home Depot for solder as I can see where that would form easier. I'll forward you picks as I progress. Ralph.
  20. Very cool!! Will look forward to seeing your progress.
  21. Beautiful work Aaron! Love the color scheme. I'm going to build a display base for my Ju88. I think that really adds to the models presentation.
  22. I'm speechless. Simply breathtaking craftsmanship!!
  23. Wow that looks incredible!!! I can't wait to master that degree of craftsmanship!
  24. Is that self adhesive foil that you have on the boot and clamps? I'll start the Ju88 gear next week!
