  1. Cheers Guys!
  2. I haven't built much lately, as I was unable to sit comfortably for more than 10-15 minutes at time at the bench, thanks to an back issue. Prior to my operation I started gluing bits together of the Tamiya M-10 when I could. It pretty much fell together and got it to this point pre surgery where I had to stop. Now surgery fixing the issue I am able to sit longer and actually get a bit done! So I am calling this one done now. The M10 was painted with Mr Color Lacquer & Vallejo paint, weathered with AK & Ammo washes, pigments etc, Stowage is a mixture of Black Dog, Blast Models and Tamiya bits. I plan to get to a base and figures later on. Now I will slow work on the base and Figures. But I will need to source a few things prior to the base being finished.
  3. I have been working on this since the beginning of the year. It will be be an article for Military Illustrated Modeller once it's finished.. I am on the final leg of the build now and the Eduard Brassin gunbay isn't fitting. Its something minor and can be sorted easily but its been motivation killer and its been sitting on my bench for the last few weeks mocking me every time I walk past it. So just need to fit them and do the weathering and its done!
  4. The only decals I knew of where Gunsight Graphics and Mircosculpt.. As far as I understand these are long OOP....
  5. Does anyone know if there are any other sources for Department of Correction parts bar the Webstore in Poland? I am looking for the 1/32 Rotol Spitfire Mk.IIa prop if anyone happens to have a spare?

  10. Or are you dreaming of young English lads?
  11. Well its been a busy few months.. Haven't been on the forums as much as I should be.. But still have a look when I can... Last year wasn't a great one. Only managed to complete two kits, which is pretty piss poor! But hopefully this year will be different as this is the first one for the year. Finemolds 1/72 Y-Wing, Painted with Mr Color, Mr Paint and Tamiya. Weathering is all AK Interactive.
  12. Interesting! Never had great results with Future.. How does the Intermediate Agent hand oil washes etc?
  13. Cheers! Much apprecrated
  14. I used Ak track/steel pigment for it. And I think I used a pencil to touch up areas too
  15. Damn,,, Just ordered one.. Another kit to be added to my pile.

  19. Awesome! I am guessing that with box art now.. the release is getting closer!
  20. So I am calling it Done-ish! I want to revisit the base sometime. More pics in Completed area - http://forum.largescalemodeller.com/topic/4361-148-bandai-x-wing-red-5/
  21. So I'm calling this Done-ish! I would like to revisit the base at some stage and see if I can pull out the guts of it and make something else.. Awesome kit, took me just under a month to build.. Probably a lot less, it I worked on it every night. I will be getting another one of these in the future!
  22. Nice Setup! Having a toilet/kitchen so close its a handy! I have to run upstairs each time
  23. So this was my fix for the cracked parts around the nozzles, I applied Tamiya Extra Thin over the cracks and allowed the melted plastic to oozed out.. then Tamiya Tape around the nozzles really tightly and allowed to dry for a few hours. Then the offending areas were sanded smooth and resprayed. And then AK Washes reapplied! Also got all the small items done.. So now its a flat coat and some last weathering with pigments.
