  1. Only a Texan. A few dozen more of these and we’ll be starting to wonder about where all the Texans are going, too. Yeah, there’s plenty around, but like all vintage aircraft, they sure aren’t ever going to make any more of them.
  2. I think it’s time to get to finishing this PBJ and get it the heck off my bench. It’s getting in the way of my Mustang!
  3. I think so, but they be unavailable here yet and I have these. I was looking at the frets and they look about the same. I truly love Profimodeler’s stuff, but ohhh man do their instructions SUCK!
  4. That’s a serious pump, Martin. You better have a decent set of vented Brembos to haul that rocketing mess down when your done playing. Or a drag chute.
  5. The pointy ends are there too
  6. So, this pack,.... good for Pacific PBJ? I kinda think so as the mounts were pretty universal but I’d like comments if possible.
  7. Hey, don’t EVER mess with Ninja Squirrel! EVER!
  8. Well I’ll be hornswaggled by ol’ scratch hisself! Welcome aboard, commodore!
  9. I agree, Wumm. Let me clarify my trainwreck comment. I was referring to that particular thread. I tried not to look, I seriously told myself I wouldn't, but in the end, I couldn't stop myself... I wholeheartedly agree with the talent that's there. There's a bunch, that's for sure. I certainly don't wish them harm. I've said a million times that it's a great resource, and I'll continue to use it until the figure out a way to block me or my ISP, I guess.
  10. Velcome Velcome Velcome mwahahahahahahahaaaaaaaa
  11. Ya know, TOS is like a train wreck or a deadly car crash. You KNOW you shouldn't look, and you really, REALLY don't want to, but you just can't help yourself so you look anyway. So I read the entire thread, and it was interesting, to say the least. Kagamusha's initial response was classic disingenuous I'd say, but what do I know. Brian was classy as always as well. My take away was as such: They say we have aliases over there. I never have had, nor will I ever have an alias over there. Ever. Period. End of discussion. And I'm sure that applies to a few others I know as well, although what they do is their decision, not mine. I do look from time to time as a public visitor, same as I look at ebay, or any other public site. I expect the net loss is greater on their end, but I do have an extremely high opinion of myself. LOL. (OK, everyone who knows me knows I'm joking here.) I hope they succeed, but seriously, Ron really needs to take a long hard look in the mirror of self analysis.
  12. T’is ok. I’m good, actually. I just don’t dig those negative waves, man.... (hey, this is an armor site too, so I thought I’d quote one of the coolest of all) yeah, I know. Have a little faith, and all.... lol
  13. C’mon baby let’s do the twist! Wow, that’s one serious warp. But fixable.
  14. I honestly thought that crap was behind us. Let’s get back to squirrels, please.
  15. I forgot about that. And how Kaglemucho came and tore me open. fun times. I'm sure glad we're all here. that reminds me. Let's start thinking about our own Christmas gift exchange, hmm? With the Mod's OK, I might be persuaded to head it up this year.
  16. Jeroen, your skillset left me behind on page 4. Im just stunned, man
  17. Mine are on the way. But I expect the speculators will be loading up.
  18. Being that Wingnut Wings now has a Barnes Wallis connection, one can only hope... Can you even begin to imagine the glory of a Wingnut Wings Wellington?
  19. Sprue Brothers now have all four of the WNW Limited Edition models kits in stock. Richthofen's Albie Immelmann's Eindekker Hawker's DH.2 Collishaw's Tripe Order away, you ingrates
  20. My BOAC Mossie is stalled out on the belts as well. I had finished what seemed like 2 months of tedious Profimodeler PE work and then along came the belts. I just lost my cool and calmly placed it all in the HK box for later
  21. I just saw this as well. A truly stunning build. I’m usually not one for the “Level 1 inspection” look, but this really looks the part, and much like the AT-6/Harvard, the construction methods of the wartime Hawkers certainly lends itself to a most impressive look with the skin and fairings removed.
  22. I had Sluggo make me masks a few times in the last. He does great work but has dropped off the face of the earth. I think I’ll ask Maketar this time, but the Red Ensign, well, that’ll need to be sourced or commissioned.
  23. Tamiya rattle can and Mr. Surfacer, depending on the amount of imperfections in the surface. As in, Trumpeter kits always get a very thick coat of Mr. Surfacer 500.
