  1. Very nice choice, although I would have thought for a civilian version, there is a multitude of Avenger options out there. You fooled me, although it's not too tough to do
  2. Yeah don't get Harv mad at you. He'll go all crazy ninja on you. I've seen him in action. He annihilated that display of Brawny Paper Towels in Wal Mart. OK, I admit it, he actually sideswiped them with his handi scooter power chair, but I'll never tell that embarrassing story..
  3. This is one show I wish I could get to. Especially this year..... You guys will hopefully have several new kits to drool over. B-24, Lanc,.... oooooh boy
  4. I test fit it last week and it snapped beautifully into place. The resin is decent on this one.
  5. I originally thought that RCN Sea Fury was a bit too sanitary, but many of the old pics show them spit shined like Peter's build, even when deployed at sea.
  6. U N-B L O O D Y-B E L I E V E A B L E ! I too watched this unfold over there, and as usual Kent, you've blown us all away with you skill and artistry!
  7. Me. They told me it was sold out as well, but when I mentioned IPM, they had rooms in the reserved block
  8. Yeah I guess so. They used to show us the vulnerable places on Russkie tanks, and the best places to knock them out, and it was always on the sides in the bogies. Astern worked as well, but it was thicker armor back there.
  9. Those chairs are awesome. My office chair is 7 years old and hasn’t missed a beat. The arms are tired but that’s it. Before this one, I went through a chair every year. Well done, Danny. Great choice!
  10. Generally when hit by a TOW or LAW, a well trained crew can get out. They have about 30 seconds until something cooks off. Russians, no problem. Syrian wannabes, not so much. Unfortunately in the land of small arms, tank crews feel invincible and become complacent.
  11. Viagra thief! The cops are looking for a hardened criminal.
  12. Aaaaand, back to fuzzy squirrels.
  13. Awesome! There sure isn't much in a P-40 cockpit, is there. great pics!
  14. Interesting pics, Martin. When I learned to glide with the Air Cadets in 1980, they used Bellanca Scouts. When I towed their gliders a few years later, they still used Scouts and the occasional Citabria. No L-19s, not ever.
  15. Awesome pic, Martin. How on Earth did you end up with that pic?
  16. The only folks building more P-40s than you live Down Under.... Looking great so far, bud.
  17. Notice the swiveled tailwheel.... often seen, very rarely modeled US insignia and serials very crudely painted over. Very cool pics. So it looks like they kept the standard OD green with blotches from the AAF service on a few of the bombers. They sure look war weary. Mail service certainly is easier duty.
  18. I used to rent my kids for two days every two weeks. Un PC, that’s me!
