I just love Busby's... Although, I've heard they're like a Head with a sore Bear!

Everything in balance... For somewhere in the World that's unseasonably cold, elsewhere it's unseasonably warm. Here in (supposedly temperate) Brisbane Au, and 2 weeks into Spring its already 22°C at 9am, expecting 29°C. We've had the fish tank heater off for two straight days to try and get the temperature down naturally. Going to be a hot, dry Summer...

Touché Turtle Update to follow this weekend.

This thread is being monitored of course... There is a constant 'Anonymous' presence in this thread, especially in the mornings Australian time (the two Admins from the 'other site' live in Victoria, Au) and one as we already see is a Member here. You would think there might be better things to devote your time and energy to. S

How is the wheel bay for fit? It appears to be a copy of the Hasegawa part with a few modifications to pass muster (as is the engine facia), but the breakdown of the parts and the way it's split is unusual. A link to my build, where I had no end of trouble getting the Aires resin bay to fit into the Hasegawa kit.

The Little Corporal makes his entrance... dripping hypocrisy all over the Shag pile. This sort of behaviour gets you banned on other Sites.

I'd like to know as well, although on another Forum like this out in the open is probably not the place. I'm in the Club as well Harv, after a short while you won't even miss it. Steve

My preferences would be for some of the better known Sturm Fw's with nose art that haven't been done in 1/32nd scale - 'Moidl', 'Kornjark', 'Titi Wau Wau', 'Fratz III' etc... Although apparently Jerry Crandall is working on a new book about the Sturm units; so as I would expect that Eagle Editions may favour us with some matching decal sets, perhaps this isn't the best investment for another Company's resources.

That looks like it's the yeast of his problems...

Thanks Ern, it's good to get some perspective from a different point of view. There was a lot of concern about the louvered grill put about at the time of this kit's release, but as I remember if the old "measure twice, cut /glue once" rule was applied it seemed to fit flush as it was meant to. I am putting a resin Aires Jumo motor into mine, so your advice about the alignment and the wing root plates is well heeded. You did well considering your kit was already started. S

A couple of great builds there Ernie. Did you have any fit issues with the Zoukei?

Is that the Eduard 1/48th? If this effort anything to go by, I'll be looking forward if you do get to doing the Hasegawa / Aires combo.

Go where the inspiration takes you... which sounds like the Horton to me.
