hold my cranberry juice RF 823. IY-5 arrival to CSR on 19.12.1947 with 108,4 flying hours 20.01.1947 at the unit LZ6 Pilsen 01.01.1948 at the unit LP 24 17.09.1949 test flight after rearming 20.09.1949 at the unit LP 25 Kbely May 1950 test flight after repair by the 09.06.1950 totalling 251 flight hours (152,2 in CSR) 24.10 -06.12.1952 as a training tool for transitional course at the Kbely Academy Then in 1952-53 it had become a valuable source of balsa wood fro the local model building community. Allegedly there was one surviving example as late as 1954 at the Brno-Slatina base hangar Having said that please note the interesting date of rearming of all planes of British origin with at the time, readily available trophy German guns, sights etc. This was caused by the western weapons export embargo that took effect after February 1948 when the last standing democracy in Eastern Europe fell as a result of communist coup and rigged election. Unfortunately non of the Czechoslovak mosquitos manage to survive and commies made sure that anything even remotely deviating from the ideology of socialistic dogma shall be annihilated. Their departure from the Czechoslovak skies meant a swan song for freedom and democracy as well. What follow could be called 40 years of darkness, but that's a different story altogether

That ring around the glass, if I understand correctly, would be a canopy seal applied in form a tape.

I wonder , why the rest of his group disengaged? Im finding hard to believe that all of them who I’d all of sudden encounter at technical problem. Did they get a direct order not to? If not, how did they explain their action. If so, was Williams violating a direct order? something doesn’t line up in this story

On my way to vacation I met with Carl and we were briefly discussing music, among others the Electric Six came out as well. Now I am humming this.

Well yes, indeed. I was able to show Sofia how fortunate she’s to live her life in free society. … back to the point, something for my front yard.
