  9. Sorry to confuse you. The full load is perfectly ok. However , at active duty was load often reduced down to two. This information is based on a interview with Russian personal I bumped into at one point. The reasons were very prosaic a fuel consumption and overall drag reduction.
  10. I would coat it with a very thick layer of flat coat to the point of whitening and wet sand the hell out of it and then brush-paint the glossy parts. And pastels for the bottom.
