  1. The suspension is flexible. So, it has potential for your plan.
  2. I've seen pics of that... Crazy looking thing! There's no shortage of parts and detail here. The tough part is not knocking all of the detail off!
  3. Carl, Thank you! They're definitely a fovorite of mine!
  4. Ernie, Pardon me if I misunderstood what you wrote about Apoxie Sculpt. If I understand what you've written, you've only used half of the two-part mixture? One part will have hardener just like Bondo. Gaz
  5. ummm... I recognize the words Martini and Malt... The rest might as well be in Pictish.
  6. Looks lovely, Carl! I like the orange box over the back. I've never seen that before. This post has got me thinking about wire cables. I think the next time, I'm going to try to heat-bend and dry fit them before I add the plastic ends. My last completed armor build was a T-34 and I had to leave the cable off, too. GAz
  7. Glad to see more progress! But I stand by my decision to mix the Glenfiddich with Coca Cola. Scotch just don't taste good.
  8. Don't matter whose paint ya put on it... still an ugly old transport. Thanks for the lesson, Martin.
  9. OK... What color(s) is it??
  10. That looks cool... hope it comes here. Thanks for sharing!
  11. Shame... I was getting attached to the gloss black finish.
  12. We'd go up there for a week, twice a year. We just called it "The PTA". It's in a huge saddle between both Moana Loa and Moana Kea. So, we never saw the beach. And you never realized how vast an area it was until a helo flew between you and one of the peaks. Some guys would make the climb to the top, but I never did. One year there was an eruption which set what few trees there are and grasses afire. We were walking on the lava floes with shovels and portable backpacks of water. The floes were still hot under the feet. At least it rarely rained. There were wild boars, too. I really hated it...lol
  13. Sorry to fall short of your expectations... I just never really like the taste of most booze.
  14. Well... the only time I've ever had it straight was at a funeral for a Scotsman that died here in Australia. I bought it for us, his co-workers, to toast him, but nobody would have more than a shot and most didn't want it at all. It sat in my liquor cabinet for two more years before I found another occasion to drink it. Poor Peter... At least he died drunk... RIP And now, this past Christmas, my brother in law gave me a bottle of "The Singleton" single malt scotch. I have no idea how or when I'll open that one.
  15. I think the last F4 I built was 1/72 scale back in the early eighties... I ruined it very well! Rock on Harv!
  16. Speaking of starting something old... I started this yesterday:
  17. Thanks Ern! They are a great kit. I have 2 other AFV club kits, and I think there will be more... eventually. Gaz
  18. Dang! I was gonna guess a Cylon fighter from the original series of Battlestar Gallactica.
  19. Just showed my wife... She's a teacher. She like the ending best!
  20. Nice review! Thank you!
