Cheers- FYI I did a Pfalz and a Albatross back in January the rigging doesn't phase me too much -I found you get in the rhythm of it after an hour or so ..... but not having any white paint for a few days is π€£ -
is it done yet ?

100% my guess, too fast ejection cycling / poor cooling leads to warping / failed flow lines. Re pops are often a bit of guesswork for the moulder, the tools were designed for one machine then adapted for another. The moulder who banged them out for 5 years learnt to get it right , the guy just whacking out one run for a client has less knowledge and has to guess more at the parameters , plus the tools been used 'n maybe abused before him . I've moved injection and thermoforming tools from Manufacturer A to Manufacturer B in my time ....it's rarely a slam dunk , and often easier to let the new guy make his own tool ...also much easier when you are making 1m impressions of some simple packaging design & not 10,000 of a model kit . π

It's an odd looking airframe for sure , the working props is really neat ! When you finish it you maybe could consider doing the old spinning props using a hair dryer pic -

Cheer Carl I brush the wheels after base colour but before the tracks go on ( although have done that as well when using individual links ) If you look closely you'll see the inner rubber tyres are mostly unpainted ....but you don't notice when you look at it. My style is "glue everything together as much as you can and then paint" . It's partly where I come apart with aircraft because I have to plan it far more..even worse with ships . @HubertB @CANicoll @Peterpools @belugawhaleman Thanks for the encouraging comments fellas .

PENYDARREN 1804 β Εwiat z kartonu 1:35 test

Always a bit crazy to me that Trevithick was a Cornish miner at heart, and took the concept of a beam engine out of a mine to create the world's first locomotive. People remember Stephenson's Rocket, but this was the first. Nice little model some scope for more detailing as well , nice one Kriss -
anyway....... about that Sheridan ....
