youngtiger1 replied to elmarriachi's topic in LSM 1/35 and Larger Work In Progress
Just saw this thread and what a cool built model. I love the flying boats and this one is simply superb. I must have missed the announcement on this kit. I will have to look into it and see if I can get one. You have done wonderful job and a great build, but now its begging for a dio setting with water at all... -

Ralph, very nice build and a nose tribute to your cousin. -
Aha, I knew it...i knew it. There's no way you could afford all that big stuff all by yourself. You slippin' man, you slippin'...I see who you are. Left your dirty laundry but forgot to remove the suit Mr. Wayne. Man, look at all them fake abs and all...trying cover that cag. just kidding! Glad to see you back on the saddle again!

Totally cool. It's amazing how big this kit is in 1/32 giving it's just a WW1 airplane. I mean, it's not like those flying boats...which are huge. The pic with you holding it sure shows this clearly.

Wow, that looks cool. I have the save kit that I hope to build someday. Love the base as well...in the end, it goes together very nicely. -

Hey Danny, just followed your reply to this build and wow, it totally rocks! I love the whole thing. And those tiny white flowers are great touch. -
Wow Nick, that s simply awesome work. Also, shapeway sure makes some cool stuff. I purchased few items from the for the first time and I was fully pleased with the results. I wish I can afford a complete kit from them but bit out of my price range but I'm glad that 3D printing becoming viable asset to our hobby. You keep up the good work Mike

Sorry to read about you feeling ill. I wish you a quick recovery Oh and good luck with those model shows. They sure can be fun...especially, if you win raffles or trophies

Cool, here's few more for you... Cub-97 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/CBU-97_Sensor_Fuzed_Weapon Storm Shadow https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Storm_Shadow TACTS, TCS, ACMI pods https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_combat_maneuvering_instrumentation http://zone-five.net/showthread.php?t=23182 -
Sorry to read about your missing parts. Since it's hobby boss and sister to trumpeter...I say, your out of luck. Only option is if you still have a proof of purchase from a hobby shop (local/online) then ask them to fix it or refund you the funds. I have a Trumpeter 1/32 Harrier and it has two canopies and no wind shield. I tried Squadron and Steven Internationals and I was told...no can help you. Get help from where you purchased it. I don't even remember the last time I saved the receipt every kit I purchased, but you better believe it's changing fast. Anyway, hope you find what you need as it's an expensive kit.

How about GBU-12 500 LB? Non available except what's inside the academy 1/32 F-16CJ. We can use them for 1/32 USAF and USN subjects. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/GBU-12_Paveway_II -
Nice to revell Lynx get some love. It's a cool looking helicopter but you sure don't see hardly any complete builds. I hope revell will continue the trend and produce the Army version as well. I want to build one of these in Gulf War markings in our scale. I'll be following along to see this cool build Mike
