My 1 /1 project

Here's my current 1/1 kit. M48A1 at the USMC Mechanized Museum at Camp Pendleton. Have the power pack on the ground next to it. It's been ground started a couple of time so we know it runs. Have a spare also. Soon as I figure out the problem with the transmission selector linkage we can install it.

Must have cost you a lot of putty to get that turret to look like it's cast.

Last week I was at the Bastogne Barracks in Belgium. It's where they restore all the armor for the Brussels War Museum.

While I was there they were working on a Sdkfz 7/2 half track with Flak and a Stug III. The Maybach engine stood besides it just like your power pack..

So why isn't this being documented in the LSM Armor WIP forum?  I believe that 1/1 does qualify as "Large Scale"
