Paulster
Here's my current 1/1 kit. M48A1 at the USMC Mechanized Museum at Camp Pendleton. Have the power pack on the ground next to it. It's been ground started a couple of time so we know it runs. Have a spare also. Soon as I figure out the problem with the transmission selector linkage we can install it.

Wingco57
Must have cost you a lot of putty to get that turret to look like it's cast. Very nice though. Cees

Administrators JeroenPeters Posted October 4, 2014 Administrators Share Posted October 4, 2014 Great stuff! Last week I was at the Bastogne Barracks in Belgium. It's where they restore all the armor for the Brussels War Museum. While I was there they were working on a Sdkfz 7/2 half track with Flak and a Stug III. The Maybach engine stood besides it just like your power pack..
crazypoet
So why isn't this being documented in the LSM Armor WIP forum? I believe that 1/1 does qualify as "Large Scale" ???
