Half inch from each end should do. Then You can round one tip and make yourself a template  to match the rest. Great show Tony !

Cuffed, H model, and Bearcat.   Think I'll try my first ever resin casting to get 4 "equal" props.  I've added the clear acrylic rod for the bottom of the prop and for casting purposes.

The next thing to solve is the spinner.  I assume they increased the hole size to accommodate the larger prop?

That is correct Tony, the original HS openings are almost like the figure 8, the opening looks like rounded rhombus, almost oval. It is visible in the pictures I posted on 30th.

Once you on it, would you mind to cast 8 pieces, please, pretty please,,,,,, with cherry on the top please ? :)

I was playing with contrast and saturation and light to boost the opening. Different plane, same propeller.
