What a great little kit. I was put off by it not being my primary scale, but it does look real tempting. Dave showed me a photo of the TIE Fighter too. I reckon more purchases coming. Great review!

HpH 1/32 De Havilland DH.103 Hornet

What a great looking kit. For me, HpH are really trailblazing the more unusual types, and giving them real appeal with their quality. Great review! Now go clean the parts ready for construction- 5 replies

This looks fantastic. Really whetting my appetite for building mine. My tool drawer and many other things are a mess at the moment, so I might become organised!

Rog, the cowl has an opening at the front, and if you look in there, you can see both rows of cylinders. It's exactly like the Fieseler Storch in that respect. That opening is quite big in 1:32. In there, you'll see cylinders and ignition etc.

I just got this. Not a model, but still a miniature, complete with interchangeable parts etc. Also has a drinks tray, so it's my kind of droid! 1:6 scale. Sideshow Collectibles.

It's been three hours now.....any pics? -
You just ordered? What will your setup be?
-
Sure will. There will be a few weeks yet though, as I first need to get my floor laminated and benches built in. For a short time, the room will just be holding boxes of crap from the removal. THEN...I can make a start. I'll show the room work and also construction of the units, plus assembly.
-
I'll do that later today, Steve.

Very nice!!!! -
Only ordered at 8pm last night, and the stuff has already been shipped.....all 25kg of it!
-
For the main benching, I'll use some kitchen worktop material around half of the room, and my workstation area is now sorted too.... ....yes, Jamme, Ordered a shit-load of that modular stuff from http://www.hobbyzone.pl/en/ Shipping from Poland is only £12 too. I can't ship an average size kit in the UK for that price! Very cool!!
-
I look forward to seeing your photos. Without a doubt, I'm DEFINITELY getting some of these!
-
Cheers Jamme. I'll order a few items! Photo of your room?
