Hey Mike! I don't have much room in the man cave so I went with a Wave compressor, looks very similar to my Grex compressor, I suspect that they're basically the same unit with just the add-ons being different. The dollar to yen exchange rate is really good right now so chances are I'll be shopping for something locally, the local hobby places usually have a few models to choose from.

after several months away, get the cockpit together, break out the RLM 66, load up the airbrush, turn on the compressor and nothing. Time to shop for a new compressor.

Splendiferous work, Jeroen! IRT the bases laser cutting should be an option too maybe? I know there are places in the US that sell trophies and plaques and I think they do that type of custom work, obviously it would be darker only since it's burned into the wood but maybe a viable option for those who want this type of display base,
