    Love shopping. Got the Meng Merkava. Looking forward tp getting the Voyager tormentor pe aftermarket set. Speaking of which......also received the Meng track set for their Leopard 1A4 and the camo paint mask for same by J's Models.

    What brand putty do you use Gonzo? I use Tamiya. I at times thin it with lacquer thinner to basically make it into thick paint. Or use the Tamiya Surface Primer,(40 mil square bottle. Easy to rescribe also.

    I have in the past added a touch of MM Euro Grey to MM RAF Interior Green just to tone it down a touch. I say use what you want. And if someone objects, tell them to prove it.
