Fellow LSMer, abrams21, built the ZM. Did an absolutely knock out job. But he says save your money. There were some fit issues that should never happen to a kit that costs that much.

I have always trusted the MM RAF interior green. There has been some discussion/arguing/beyoch slapping on Lend Lease a/c being bronzish greenish. This is one of a few topics that will never end. edited-one day I will learn to proof read my stuff. today is not that day

Sometimes that can be a blessing more than a curse. Make a modeler do some research instead of assembling/folding the part wrong because one has followed the crappy instructions.

Having the words "pe/resin-instructions-suck" in the same sentence is a triple oxymoron. Not always, but usually.

Hey look!!!!! A MIG 15 engine! Great review. Having been diagnosed with terminal AMS, I love this stuff. I have been known to buy pe and resin for kits I don't even have....yet.

I'm with you. I try to air on everything possible. There are people who can hand brush a flawless finish. I am not part of that group. Almost there Jeroen.

It seems that Trumpeter has an "A" team and a "C" team. When they release something nice, it's nice. When it's not.....it's bad. They got off to a bad start with their large scale jets with the exaggeration of the rivet detail and the world has not forgotten about it. They also couldn't seem to get the nose shapes right, i.e. F-100 and A-7, even though there are a bazillion, that's a lot, reference photo's and static survivors everywhere. Their saving grace was that they were releasing kits of items that builders wanted but no one was listening. And the after market companies have been busy ever since.
