Hubert, that’s brilliant. I’m certainly struggling with the planking, but I’m learning as I go. My little travel iron is working wonders, and I’ve rigged up a little jig like Chuck uses on MSW, and so far it’s working out. There’s a few decent Speedy/Flirt builds over there, and although or two got borked in a grand fashion, most are looking decent. I CAN and WILL do this.

Hey folks, I have a Revell and some Hasegawa canopies as well, and they don't fit. And the short nose early hood is the flay hood with no bulge, so they wouldn't work anyway. I emailed Kitlinx yesterday, so here's hoping....

Beautiful Mustang, Kevin! Stunning work, actually. Welcome to LSM, I think you’ll find some familiar faces here and a nice, easygoing atmosphere. That F-16 will be great when done, I’m all hung ho for nPolish bird if I ever get caught up on everything else. There’s no shame in off scale builds here. Most folks here also dabble in the other scales. And other than myself, almost everyone is either big into, or at least dabbles in armor.

We need more P-40s. And P-39s. And Hurricanes, and Brewster Buffalos. Stuff we don’t see built all that much...

I’ve never managed to complete but one 190 and it wasn’t even a real 190... All others ended with n dismal failure on the SOD. Just couldn’t get enthused.

My next one I’m thinking of sheeting over it like some Soviet units did.

A bunch of years ago, a buddy of mine and I saw another buddy of ours sleeping over the steering wheel of his cabover. He, not me, got the bright idea go play a trick on him and jack his cab. So he did whatever he did and over went the cab, with him in it. He started cussing a blue streak and we were laughing like drunk fools. Until his TV came crashing through the right side windshield. It actually popped the glass right out. His cussing got even louder, we got caught red handed. Yep, we paid for the TV AND the new windshield. Almost got our heads beat in, too.....

Was working on this on and off over the years. I love a short nose early Würger, and the PCM kit is might challenging. As everyone knows, this kit’ll fight you every single step of the way, and I’m ready for some fun. Now that I receive my A-3 props from Henri, maybe now is the time
