No I get that and wholeheartedly agree! I was referring to me personally. No decent 32 model, we grab a good 48 kit. Or 72 in the case of An-22- 304 replies

Jerry Rutman P-51B build
Clunkmeister replied to Clunkmeister's topic in LSM 1/35 and Larger Work In Progress
Thanks Phil. Yeah, there’s plenty of oh so cool P-51B schemes out there, but with the big show in Chattanooga next year, and with the Tuskegee group possibly sending a delegation, I think it’s only fitting. Plus, like all WW2 vets, we’re rapidly losing them all to time. Thanks for the pic. Just as Martin does, it’s true inspiration. -

Yeah, you caught Brian and Imin the bar, too. LOL. Then after he left, Richard Alexander and I went a few rounds as well.. LOL You only live once. Funny thing though. I might not touch 3 drinks the rest of the year... -

My cousin and my daughter in law having fun. And I’m playing John Wayne. The first pic is of course of our Texas family picnic.

Welcome, Martin! Your SOD must look like a VVS airfield in 1942. Or a German airfield in 1945.
