Thought about my next project a little, and having done so I have come up with a diabolical plan. Having been such a crazy year, most depressing at times, I felt a go big or go home moment was at hand to finish it off. Why not Memphis Belle II and III?

Ok, working much better. They did find I have pretty bad arthritis, though, so I will need a new one in a few years.

Real guns, pfft. Have not posted in a bit as to what I'm working on . I have the SBD just about done. Some of the decals were like Christmas peanut brittle so I have to buy a new sheet. So I'm a bit perplexed as I don't like to embark on a build that someone else is doing at the time, however I have had this ready to start for a couple months so what the heck. So I'm starting an F-105D to be finished as s Memphis Belle II to go with my planned HK B-17F Memphis Belle. Shoot not only is Tony working on a Thud, but Jerry just finished the same exact bird. Oh well, I'll just have figure something out. Base color in cockpit, dry brushed. More to come.

The gang at Reskit rocks. A little while back I shot them an email that brought to attention the lack of proper burner cans for the Trumpy F-14A. They thanked me for the intel and told me they would absolutely make a set. Told me to look for it in 3-4 months!

Not much happening despite a banner year for everything hobby related, but I totally get it. After not coming up with much sale wise I headed over to Scale Hobbyist where their everyday prices are about the same as the sales I saw. Grabbed an A-6A and ICM Stearman. What really SUCKS is a Christmas without the suspense waiting for some new WNW plastic....really really sucks!

Over 3 million people die annually from alcohol consumption related deaths, and we put drinking and partying on a pedestal. How long must that scourge go on? We tried to put an end to that once here, and there was essentially a small war fought in opposition. People have long fought for the right to be free and practice freedom, even if it put's their health at risk, and governments have agreed. Thousands of those alcohol related deaths were, in fact, innocent by standers. Smoking, pot , and now and even magic mushrooms in some states. The right to kill ourselves or take risks with our health abounds.
