  1. What kind of dash cams do you guys have?? I have one not very pricey, but I think I want to up grade, and NOT pay HUGE $$, but would like something reasonably priced, and is reliable, as there are about a million different kinds, I am curious as to what you guys have and can recommend.... just throwing it out there for some conversation and something I can work with....
  2. That is one LOOONG tractor, up here in BC that would be only on the highways, never up the mountains hauling an excavator or feller-buncher or a Cat..... there would be no where for them to turn that beauty around.... even at that, knowing some of our logging roads and areas our guys haul stuff, I still wonder how they get up the switch backs and get turned..... VERY cool stuff ,Ron, looking forward to the next installment...

  8. Thanks , Steve, the mental pic I had of "Batman" Brad , WAS a little difficult to get out of my head.................... and the 'nothing oiled' part ............ as Hubert mentioned was ' poetic' ..................................... and that was the BEST accidental humor I have read in a long time, it was quite funny, in an innocent way.... spot on !!
  9. That's cool, I like the " No cutting, No sanding "..... my first one was the old Aurora B47 , have no idea what scale, but I had fun with it..... thanks for the kick back in time , John, so much fun to go back to a simpler time in life.....
  10. Yeah, but at what cost?? Lots I bet......................
  11. Yeah, that was my thought too....
  12. Beautiful.................. I always wonder what the real aircrew would think about the attention to detail we model guys go to replicate their rides so accurately...... I be they would be excited and proud to see such accurate replicas..... gorgeous as always , John................
  13. That does look pretty cool..........................
  14. I had the same problem, and made a Hell of a mess, then I got smart and bought a small one of these strap wrenches and problem solved, as it puts a constant pressure all the way round the bottle, and doesn't break, I have put on some huge pressure, and it works every time... I wrap the strap on the glass part , and then with a set of channel lock pliers turn the cap.... https://www.amazon.ca/Craftsman-Rubber-Strap-Wrench-Set/dp/B00K92810A
