I haven't heard of Truck Parts Superstore...... hhmm.... not that I need anything for my Tahoe, but good to know anyway...... usually if Tdot is out of stock, they seem to get it in stock, fairly quickly, but still... I get it, when a guy wants something he would like it sooner than later..., and it is always fun to make the new ride YOUR ride... personal details always make it better.... I did that with my Tahoe, and LOVE it !

Oh, man that is the first time I have heard anything but rave reviews, I ordered brakes from them, and it went down perfectly, as did a buddy of mine who ordered a Corsa set for his pickup, and it was flawless...., I'm sorry to hear that , Bud...... but on the other hand you are in the city where there is way more choice than I have, and you the glorious opportunity to actually get hands on...... I can only dream of being able to go to a GOOD Jobber, or LHS......

I love the big ones too, the 747 is so iconic..... I just don't particularly care for Gretta's way of doing business...... I understand and get it, but.................... anyway, sad to see the 747 go away, one thing that never crossed my mind.... it will 'always' be there.... always has been... I guess that's how us humans think.......... at least this human...

Correct me if I'm on the wrong path here..... this whole thing is kind of a double edged sword....................when the 'Grettas' of the world are so concerned about 'stuff'..............I get the economics of retiring the BIG birds, due to low ridership ( or so the airlines say) I sure don't see it when I look at Flight Tracker, but I digress..... and cost of operating such large birds, BUT, to me at least, it seems air travel is getting much busier in this world, and that would translate to ..... having to have and maintain smaller aircraft, but MORE of them to attain the same ridership that some of the larger aircraft can accommodate, plus if there are MORE of the smaller aircraft, that , even to me would translate to more crowed, skies, more of the crowding at airports ( tarmac end of things ) , more service vehicles, more... dare I say it... carbon , etc...... some how I'm not sure which is the better way to go.... Oh don't get me wrong, I kind of thought the A 380 was a little bit over the top, size wise , but amazing technology..... I'm just not sure if smaller and more of them is the whole answer, it must be very complicated in the board rooms...... now does this mean airline tickets will spike in price to help pay for the huge investments sitting unused in the desert, at................ 'Honest Ernie's Used Airplanes.................. come on down we have a deal for you' ............ Cool name eh Ernie??

I never did the DC 10 but sure did the 747..... I recall rotation out of YVR, and it went up at a great rate and set you back in the seat rather nicely with all that thrust ............

They asked folks here in B.C. to keep following the 'rules', and be careful over the summer months, and we can keep this sort of at bay, BUT a couple weekends ago, some young party goers threw everything out the window, and rocked on, with very large groups etc, and now we have a HUGE spike in cases, and the 'officials' are quite worried and it sounds as though new plans are a foot..... for more regulations................ thanks kids, I hope it was worth it...... -

Although,......... THIS was THE Premier ride ever...... fillet Mignon served on Royal Dalton China and the BEST service EVER, and sucked up into the Air Canada vortex, never to rise again.....and he named them with the names of Canadian Aviation pioneers... I flew on Doc Oaks, Romeo Vachon, Wop May, and Phil Garrett...... man those were the GOOD old days... Max knew where it was at , customer service was top priority..... very fond memory's of days past....

I well remember these too..... and yeah..... I always wondered who the guy was that came up with that paint job...... got her half done, then went for lunch......

I need good WIP on the drop neck low bed, Ron... I hope to do a Western Star Classic heavy haul, only a Tandem with High Flotation front tires, maybe a Tulsa winch, but would like a heavy low bed... I have a International mine truck that would fit, the bill for the load.... -
