I love using those Phil. In my experience the only thing to watch out for is a dry needle tip, I use a q tip to clean it periodically while i'm spraying.

Tire test has failed, at first it seemed OK as the rim only scraped the inside of the rim. I bet that 401 loctite is a gel or something hard to get a hold of.

I can see the Gorrila glue, but the Super Glue is odd.

At least that what I did with my HZ set up. (Hobby Zone).

Harv I assume that is particle board, Use Tightbond II white glue and tape together the parts overnight.
