According to that article it's painted in the 1:2 mix of Blue, with the 1:3 Orange Yellow mix. Then a drop of a pure dolphin juice and two cats tails will do.

That is actually true. The Mi-17 undercarriage is design to collapse and absorb the impact energy during the event of crash landing.
