It kept growing and i think would have been the whole section if I hadn't left the store. You didn't hear it from me!!!

Happy belated / early birthday Carl !!!

Thanks Martin but it's this Sunday so you're early! -
Gus, that's exactly my thoughts exactly. I have the Eduard Dottie Mae and P-40N kits in the stash and both have several decal options in them.

Bagged kit sale at my LHS. Sort of. They have offsite storage which unfortunately suffered a flood. So they're trying to move the kits there into the store. Many have wet boxes and therefore unusable decals and instructions. Who reads instructions anyways? So they're blowing them out at amazing prices. In the above, there's - 3 1/32 Hasegawa P-47D kits - 1 Hasegawa 1/32 P-40E, - 1 Tamiya 1/32 A6M2 Zero - 2 Tamiya 1/35 Panther G late All for $100 CAD! I had to stop there or I'd have been in real trouble. @Martinnfb did even better with his pile (s) of kits. Now to give everything a good wash.

Nice job on the paint Peter. Decals are possibly my least favourite part of the build for that hit or miss gamble when you apply them. Glad you were able to figure out a solution to your situation. If you ever need any Tamiya Spitfire kit decals, just ask. I have lots of them here as I think I've only done 1 with kit markings.

The Hammerhead would be nice to see. I have somewhere an old 1/48 resin one. Full of pin holes and badly cast details. There's a B5 White Star somewhere at my parents house too.

BNA Models out of Australia is now running a Deal of the Day. They previously had the Hobbyboss 1/32 B-24 and today's offer is the Hasegawa 1/16 Camel. https://www.bnamodelworld.com/model-planes-hasegawa-models-ha-50031-1:16-mu1-wwi-british-sopwith-camel-f-1 I thought I'd share since it's a great price, 1/3 of what it costs in Canada.

Nice looking new set of wheels Peter. I'm sure you'll have most of figured out shortly. We got our RAV4 hybrid last June and I'm still finding the odd feature I didn't know about. If it's a hybrid, like Hubert said you're going to love the lower gas bills. We got a RAV4 hybrid last June and the mileage has been great. Easily double the mileage of our Honda.

I've got the first Rye Field Panther kit in the stash. The one with the full interior and clear upper hull. It looks daunting enough.

Interesting to see the difference in the execution of the camo. The rear one definitely is the more appealing to me as well.

Nice work on the turret and guns. The spare wheel and track holders are a nice touch too. -

That really is great looking engine Rob. Looking at some of the pics, is there enough clearance on some of the wires for the exhaust headers to fit onto the engine? -
Dennis, thanks for the information. I see I may have to do some touchups in the future on some of my Spitfire builds.

Too... ...much... ... information!!!!!

That's a stunning looking engine there Rob. Well worth the effort that you've put into it. Hopefully the wiring isn't too bad. -
What is on your bench right now ? Share a picture :)

Hubert, the Reedoak figures really are on a different level. I have a pair of them from my Tamiya F-14 and they're truly stunning. Not only is the detail exemplary, but the figures fit the ejection seat and controls perfectly. No need to tweak anything to get their hands in place.
