This one is about to hit the cabinet.I cleared with a Tamyia Semi-Gloss and applied two coats of Florrys Sand to top and bottom should of just left it at that but I wanted to add some dust effects so out came Tamy's weathering palettes.I deliberately over did the chalks somewhat thinking they will disappear and that would of happened with a gloss or semi.I used MrHobby flat and virtually none disappeared she came out OK but I had higher expectations though the wing root area took it the worst.I still have to paint the blue light on the R/side under the copit first came doing the wash. Well Jeroen got to remember the age of the AM kit and the capabilities at the time. What you can do with the printer is light years ahead of the castings back then might of as well forget about castings in your realm of building for the most part.

I keep plugging away got all the decals laid last seemed to settle down pretty well using Walthers and Cartograph at that but it's an old kit.I pulled a Hubert in a sense painted the glass looked really sweet hand masked I am looking at the plane last night on the stand I painted it Earth not Middlestone! So,will remask and repaint nothing like digging a ditch and filling it up!

Beware of the nacelles side panels around the exhaust seems to be mis-numbered in the instructions if memory serves me right had fits with mine just do a little more research, -
Coming together John.
-
Yeah Mike easy kit another very Nice fit from Trumpter how accurate is another question but it looks like a P-40.I have noticed thus far 1/48 and 1/72 seem a better fit than the 1/32 in fit.I used Valleyo seam filler in just a couple of spots was all she got and minimal sanding at the seams.
-
Primed and got some paint laid in the last couple of days.I used MrColor Middlestone and Air Superiority Blue(looked close)and MM French Earth as you can see got just three touch-ups.I am about to paint the prop, spinner and canopy frames LG's are already completed.

Cool John another feeble brain and a par of eyes always helps. You know I am going to keep hammering Hubert.
