While waiting for some drying to occur on the Tempest I have just about finished the wood on the glass case.I still have to glue the four upright to the case drop some wood glue in the joints,sand and clean up.I will then be on the prow for handles up top and for the ends. -
I use to order from them back in the 80/90's alot of 1/72 I did back then Thanks for bring them back to my attention.

I think personally not unless it was maybe a mortar round you have alot of attention as is being directed to the hit looks great by the way.

Thanks for looking in fellas and the likes she is on hold for a couple days I guess the black base just did not want to cooperate came out pebbly and my Mr.Surfacer 1200 was super slick.I cleaned the gun this morning pulled out a 1/72 scale F-106 Dart and sprayed that black again success mental note always clean the gun for NMF.I have started finishing that 4' case for the Scharnhorst as I await for the Tempest to fully cure before proceeding.. -

I used alot of yellow on the 111 myself.

I chalked my 109 Chris with Tamyia chalks and cleared it with Testors dullcote thinned down at least 50/50 if not more applied very thin/sparse low pressure.I over applied knowing some will be lost if one is worried by that do several layers then.The chalks are best applied over a dullcote also they stick better. Here is the He-111 going through layers

I am happy Hubert you finally had success with the prints and yes the red clay has a better presentation.The instruction on the printing I would have to be standing right there as you describe it and perform the magic.I am keeping my eyes on this so await the next installment Sir.

I continue to read of the devastation in that area with what residents that survived it's a war zone as one Iraq vet described it.I lived through 32+ feet of water from Katrina 1/3 a mile from the beach and think that what happened there is much worst and think the death count will be much higher.It is so sad and the government...........
