I was wondering John why you were trying to join the PE railing so soon? It's like a plane work from inside out and the PE railing out along the hull is your LG's on a plane.

Not bad at all Guy as we learn. -
I am calling this one finished and a fun little kit to build. The rigging what is there is done with stretched sprue and incense stick to tighten it up something I learned years ago on a ship model forum, the smoke does the work. The prop I painted wood first then the paint left in the reservoir got mixed with leather to my liking.Once the prop was half way dry(impatient) I coated it with a mix of yellow/red Tamiya clear acrylic(could of probably used more) to give that slight varnish looked.I started dirtying her up some kinda chicken out still looks decent for a fun/quick build.

The upper lozenges have some wrinkles here and there and gaps but from a very short distance all is good.I have put on the side decals, started the tail and finished the last of the strut supports for the wings. -

Here is where I am right now Peter.I was thinking of asking Guy where he has his post "finished" we start a thread for 1/48 WWI builds "completed" kinda like a running group build I have like five more in the stash. The lozenge decals are far from perfect my first rodeo to say the bottoms came out much smoother live/learn.I will accent with some in browns methinks not much rigging on this one I am into 12/15 hrs ATTM..
