Beautiful build. Great paintwork, luv it! -
Paynes grey, yellow orche, burnt sienna. Cut down brush with stubby bristles dampened with oils thinner. Left more near the wing roots and blended the further out. Rather easy to achieve and should it go wrong just wipe off completely. Also works rather well over the alclad to dirty that up. Aaron

Bevan, thanks so much for this. I'll give it a go. Also heard xf19 is close as well and just ordered revell 371 as this is a close match as well apparantly. good news is Black 12 will be the scheme, RLM 75, 76, 77 with bare metal. Aaron

Great review Jereon. Placed order today along with a couple of other Ju88 books ready for GB. -
It's a toss up between 265 or 12. I have the Montex mask set for 265 and spare decals for 12. I like 12 but not sure on RLM 77 shade of grey. Can't find a colour match for any of the normal paint suppliers. Anyone help? Aaron

This is looking so good. Great work and luv the oil work to create the fade/dirt etc -
Hi Rick Yes I did. Allan sorted me out in double quick time and I took them to my local IPMS club night where others have since purchased. The bits are really good and cut through very neatly and quickly. I've managed to break a couple of 0.2 and need to speak to Allan about sourcing some replacements but I'd recommend them all day long. Aaron
