  1. Just heard I have one on the way to build WOOOO HOOOO, can't wait!!!!
  2. As per the norm great review. I've picked up several sets of these over time and it does make me laugh how there packaged for individual planes given there basically the same through the period. It would be nice if they did larger sets say with 5/6 belts in them at a better price. Would save them a good margin in packing costs etc? The laser versions are much better as well. Trying to cut out the other ones accurately is a recipe for disaster as I found to my own cost on more than 1 occasion.
  3. Same here Jase. They do look cool. Dave very nice.
  4. Hi Danny Here's my thoughts. I used Richards linen decals on the naked Mig 3 build for the rudders etc. These were the clear decal paper. The decals are very translucent and the shading had to be very very light. Even with just a hint of shading it shows through. The white backed decals take that away so the under colours dont bleed through. I'd suggest the clear versions for your build. That way you can add some tone and shading before applying the decals. The decals are very nice by the way and are very strong. They have an elastic feel to them which is perfect for folding around leading edges and manipulating into palce etc. Aaron
  5. Hey Rick, that's superb. Lovely weathering to give that dirty worn look. Aaron

  11. Well this is cool. Other than modelling my other major passion is photography and in particular bike racing. I've been working for the British Superbike Championship for 4 years now. Here's a few from last season. .
  12. Thats just amazing. Paintwork is spot on. Got that lovely worn down look and the colours are just right.
  13. Oh very nice. Got 3 G-10's in the stash so think I'll pick up a Aires pit for one of them. As for the green belts grabbed this of Radu's website (I use his belts all the time) "Orlon (Ersatz) seatbelts. This type of seatbelts using a synthetic material called Orlon was introduced late in the war. There is at least one record of this type of seatbelt being used on the FW190D9 but they were also used on other aircraft such as Me262, Bf109 or He162" Aaron
