  1. Cheers Fran looks like a nice advanced offering . Do think that Mini art does love to hold to the "Mini" part having built some of their models . The Daimler Dingo I built was knocking on for 300 pieces. ..beautiful but very complex for a tiny vehicle.
  2. Happy Birthday ....we've lined the entertainment up 😀
  3. That is very tempting .....esp as it has the steel not alloy wheels ...looks like a scene from Generation Kill . Sunroof works on mine which is good news as there was no aircon fitted on this one . 😃
  4. Bagged I reckon , easy to do with hall the space in the bay and wheel arches.
  5. I'm heading the other way ...following on from the 1979 motorbike, have now bought a 1982 W123 230E for a daily driver. No tax , no testing , no sensors or modules or ECM or EGR etc ...etc . Only sensors on board are my four paws and the seat of my pants, plus the exhaust smells ...proper. Not looking like I'll be doing much scale work for a while ..feel I may be watching a bit too much Vice Grip Garage ....
  6. Lots of tutorials for pines trees out there, a lot using wire branches and static grass, which to me look a bit artificial at times . An alternative, esp for branches on vehicles is the simple Asparagus Fern houseplant . They are a little fussy but not too hard to grow . Once ready trim what you need, paint if you like and adorn ... Battered pine at Kaiserbarracke...... mmm cammoed Panther ...I love a Panther Dats all folks
  7. Lotza pix in a random order ( thanks PostImages) I took this weekend Tried to consider our modelling needs ,so focused on rigging details and surface textures where I could get in . Wing ribbing is much less pronounced IRL is my observation I've photographed the info boards as well to give some context. https://postimg.cc/gallery/fT0v74V
  8. Nice work on the deadening , sorry to hear your car was previously owned by a metrosexual though ....
