After another hour of nibbling away plastic and resin the gun bays start to fit. The forward part of the mid section of the spar also needs to go to accommodate the ammo bins.

Thnx. The left gun bay was so much work, i thought about keeping the right one closed. Then i started cutting the right panel out without thinking :) 

So no i’m doing both sides

Looking so good and the results you are achieving - amazing!
For two hours of sanding, I normally get more styrene dust on the bench then results on the model.

Looking so good and I’ve been filling and sanding Revell plastic for weeks on their P-51 trying get the parts to fit.

Nice work on the engine, hatches and wheel wells. This will be a stunner. You have to love these Brassin engines. I have one for my FW as well, but still think of a second one, for display purpose.
