Amazing work Mark! You really have perseverance!

Your builds forced me to also buy a racing car which I had in my mind for a longer time:

Hope I can turn it into a nice looking model once I start it…

Take your time with the car,its a nice one i have the older boxing off the jagermaister and also the 935 martini

Hey Mark,  it looks like you are using "Master Club" products for your rivet work.  I use these a lot and thought I recognized 'em.  I build plastic models that are to expensive in reality.  I like the detail, about how much cost for a metal kit?

Yes the are from masterclub.

At first i whant to go for metal but the price for 40 metal rivets whas 5 euro

The masterclub are 5 euro for 140

and with masterclub you have many options

About the price off the kit the are high but the most kits i found secondhand.but it keep me out off the bar for months and better for my healt

About the extra detail it all depends on how far you whant to go with your kits

Mark, fantastic progress you're making. The brakes look life-like. At least they're in better shape than the ones I took off our Honda last weekend. :D

Carl

Thanks i do my best but maybe after the race the brakes will also have another shape

All those rivets would have driven me crazy - are you sure you don't have Rossie the Riveter hidden away and working for you

Keep 'em comin

Peter

All the rivets have to be raisd

so with the rivetier not posible so going the hard way.

Only 38 rivets? That’s much less than usual! ;)

Nice progress on the frame, tubing and dashboard!

Next time we want to see 200 rivets minimum.;) :D

yes i know it aint much but most rivet work will be done after the engine works

4 hours ago, BlrwestSiR said:

I'm still impressed by all that rivet work. Even if it's only 38. :D

Carl

Thanks

Neat, clean and meticulous work. Along with both Kai and Carl, only adding 38 rivets must seem like a walk in the park.

Keep 'em comin

Peter

Thanks and yes i know now how it go.
