The plan is to add extras to the kit that are not there like all the rivets

This is going to be cool……..didn’t really appreciate the investment in these MFH kits……

yes the price is high but the kits i have are second hand so that already better than the retail

And another iconic car ... although I still prefer the GT-40 and even the 908. And then it was replaced by the 512,  which, although red, was always in the shadow of the 917.

Looking forward to your build, Mark

I'm not much of a car bum and don't care a bit about more modern Ferraris, but this is a true beauty with all the curves in the right place. I will buckle in and follow your build.

Cheers Rob

Looking good.

How do you clean up the white metal and metal parts? Are you planning on using Archer rivets?

Keep 'em comin

Thanks Peter

I clean them up with sand paper first with 600 and i stop with 1500

Best is to where gloves or your hands turn black from the dust and you leave fingerprints behind.

still needs primer so the small scratches will go away

For the rivets i will use resin from masterclub the are in the mail to me

also i have metal rivets in difrent sizes and forms

that will be a lot off holes to make but it will look beter that way.
