This is my next build, a USAF A-1 Skyraider. I've built the USN version previously so now it's time for the USAF version. Comes in a BIG box with LOTS of parts. This one has the armament set included so I won't have to purchase that extra. Stay tuned!

Should build up to be a nice one Peter. It will go well with the Navy version previously built.

John, Skyraider on the wish list, now missed four on evil bay, all good prices and a couple with update sets……..just keep forgetting about the auction end times……..🤬……..looking forward to seeing  what I missed…..

Bidding on ebay can be a "problem" and aggravating Phil. I rarely do that anymore.

It builds up nicely and makes a fairly large single engine a/c model.

I've pretty much done the same and am in shock at the insane prices being asked for models. I only use ebay now for buying a piece of AM when I can't find it anywhere else. What it once was, surely isn't any more.

I agree Peter. I shopped around for a canopy mask set for the ZM kit but no one had it, not even ebay. So I finally settled on a set from SB for the Trumpeter kit and have crossed my fingers it'll fit okay. We will see.

I'm torn between building this as a Air Force one or a Navy one. The kit has both options. If I decide on a Navy a/c it will be Gull Gray and White but I haven't decided for sure just yet. And I'm still waiting for the Quinta cockpit set to show up (thanks to the USPO snail service).

I feel your pain John, huge delays in shipping all over.  A parcel from Spain usually takes a week, maybe 2 to me. Last one took 5 weeks, and it's tiny.

I ordered some stuff from them end of August … Then it was said to be delivered to my place on November 3rd, only it wasn’t delivered that day. It’s now somewhere, and I am having trouble with Quinta to recognize it was never delivered …

So, hoping the best for you, John 🤞 !

PS edit : just got some news today. My items were returned to Quinta,  , and are now being sent back to me …

They are sending a replacement set so I hope to have it by the end of next week. I hope!
