fmatthews
Tamiya’s newish Valentine is a nice kit overall-an easy build-but can use some detailing.
nmayhew
nice great looking model and the base really sets it off what paints did you use? the tracks - are they the kit ones? - look a little black / too uniformly dark, but maybe that's just the lighting chipping looks just right to me and really brings everything 'together' Nick 1
GazzaS
Excellent! I built the Miniart Valentine and had to fight the suspension to get all of the angles right before the glue dried. Gaz
Bomber_County
Absolutely stunning, the weathering is perfect. I need to learn to chip and distress and try and emulate your masters...... 2
Spitfire
Nice one, I can remember fighting through a couple of Maquette Valentines, many moons ago, I suspect that Tamiya did a better job ! Cheers Dennis

DocRob
Like it a lot, nice painting and weathering and the little Dio is spot on. Cheers Rob 2
fmatthews
Thanks! Like all Tamiya kits, an easy and quick build. I used Lifecolor paints for the main finish. Tracks are kit tracks (link and length) painted with Humbrol Gunmetal and buffed before weathering-they are darker in the photos than in real view. The complex engine deck looks ok, but compared to the AFV kits, it is less detailed and more simplified. The AFV Club kits are excellent.
