  1. Nicely done sir, looks fantastic I have plans for a version of "In the Mood" in 1/16 scale. Barry
  2. Smitty, that makes at least two of us! I would build an AC-130E with the 105mm in the original gunship gray stationed at Ubon RTAFB, I twisted wrenches on them. Barry
  3. I am surprised that you guys do not remember these photos from this build. It what has inspired me to pursue the 1/6 Dragon kit. Truly inspirational work!!!
  4. For size comparison! Here's a 1/16 Sherman Turret atop the 1/6 turret.
  5. Very nice Firefly; is it yours?
  6. I picked up one as well. Plan is to build a full RC USMC M4A2. I have purchased many, many detail sets from East Coast Armory and the RC conversion sets from Spyker Workshop. Not sure when it will make it to the work bench but it's in the mix. Barry
  7. Here's an awesome shot of a Marine M1!
  8. Oliver, Great detail shown in the 1st pic but the 2nd pic with the crew going about their business makes it look soooooooo real! Barry
  9. Man Oliver! That last photo is without a doubt the most realistic photo of a model scene I have ever seen. The figures truly seen alive in the very natural poses without appearing to be frozen in time. WOW! Barry
  10. WOW Oliver! Fantastic results of a Phenomenal effort! Barry
  11. Merry Christmas to All you Merry Modelers! Barry
  12. IMHO, the last 20 years on my 40 year aviation career was spent making these beauties! Barry
  13. BRAVO!! Awesome undertaking and skillfully accomplished. I have often wondered why Hasegawa never added the D.VII to their line of skeletal kits. Fantastic work sir! Barry
  14. Craig, That looks awesome, even in it's "rough stage". It appears you've captured the look quite well! Any thoughts about making it available to those who wish to correct theirs? Barry
  15. Damn Pete, your are an Alchemist if ever I seen one! Every time I stop in, you just floor me with the shear quality of your craftsmanship and the skills to put it to practice. Perhaps one day I'll approach your skill level, I hope. Barry
  16. Harv, I had the same thought but was shot down by SWMBO. I was hoping it would help you with your color questions on the seat. Barry
  17. Check this out Harv. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Martin-Baker-MKH7-Ejection-Seat-and-F-4D-Phantom-Fighter-Jet-Instrument-Panel/401859891183?hash=item5d90b74fef:g:HpsAAOSwY7hdYZpQ
  18. Oliver, Your work never ceases to amaze me. This is truly museum worthy, you should contact the unit historian and see if they can not find an appropriate place of honor. Barry
  19. Sorry to hear, it is sad but why would you not put your most trusted employee in the position while away? Why risk hiring someone for a week leaving them in charge of your livelihood? Barry
  20. I purchased the RP Miter Tool a few months back and it is hands down the best miter tool I've owned. I have used the North West Short Line tool of years and there is no comparison. Barry
  21. Sir, your mastery of the detail work is simply awesome! Beautiful build!! Barry
  22. Here's the tank I'm modeling. Image posted under the Fair Use Act for the purpose of illustration.
  23. Thanks guys! I have a ton more pics and I had considered starting a build but figured I would wait until I started finalizing things like the 50cal. Barry
