  1. I also posted this on my FB group. Question: I've been using Vallego washes but interested in using powdered weathering pastels. I see that Tamiya makes several weathering kits but I'm unsure concerning these products as I've never used them. What do you use??
  2. Sleep tight Fw190!! Oh and Rick too, lol!!
  3. Wow your seat work looks absolutely fantastic. Love the seatbelts! Who makes them?
  4. Boy those doors came out nice!!! :-)
  5. Fantastic!! Like the weather especially on the wheeled dolly!! Looks great!
  6. Wow super job so far. Really like the camouflage work!
  7. Pardon this but Holy Shit Rick you sawed the tail off your 190!!! That warp is amazing!! Is that kit all resin?? I could never do that, lol!!
  8. Good Lord that's astounding craftsmanship!!!
  9. OMG say it isn't so!! I thought I felt a rip in the time-warp continuum and a disruption in the force, lol!!
  10. Holy smokes excellent job Dave. Really like the faded paint and panel line details. Fantastic looking model!
  11. Cees those D-Day pants look fantastic. I'm going to steal your technique when I do my P38J for the Beaches to Berlin build. What a great job!!
  12. Thanks for that! I had thought that it was a newer kit also. I guess I'll just have to build both and then compare, lol!! They both certainly have beautifully classic lines.
  13. Ben I'd like to see a review on the Revell 4704 Supermarine Spitfire Mk 22/24 1/32 Scale Plastic Model Kit. I've fallen in love with that kit but haven't purchased it yet.
  14. I'm with the rest of the group! I'd love to see more true Russian aircraft in 1/32. Also the Italians and French flew some great looking equipment too! The more the merrier I say! I mean I have a stash to build, oh my Lord I need help, lol!!
  15. Wow those are all decals, lol!!! I would have been nuts after doing that!!! So the future spray failed?? Let's Skype in the AM tomorrow morning??
  16. Rick my first experience with resin aftermarket parts was with my current Ju88 build and I must say I wasn't impressed!! the nose cone was alright but needed a great deal of sanding and I can't even talk about the belly gondola!!! I was awful!! Of course I have to factor in my inexperience on the subject of resin and working with it but I would shy away from it in the future.
  17. Very very very very informative review!!!
  18. Super job!! Love the tail feathers!!
  19. Amazing craftsmanship!!! I'm speechless!!! I've totally enjoyed following your build!
  20. LOL Wayne! Is there any cure or hope???
  21. Somebody please keep me away from eBay!!! Won another bid for $19.52 plus $6.00 shipping for this factory sealed Revell 1/32 Hawker Hunter FGA9!!
  22. I think drag was secondary to being blown out of the sky by friendly fire. I wonder how much that happened??
  23. Freaking outstanding work Steve. The hull, tracks, turret and wonderful brass work looks absolutely brilliant! I'm considering building a Tamiya 1/35 German Panther Medium Tank along with a Revell 1/32 P38J in full D-Day dress for the Beaches to Berlin build but still a bit wary of those tracks. I guess I'll see how in goes. Many on LSM have said the Tamiya is a good first time armor build for me. Excited to start it soon.
  24. Amazing job my friend and great recovery from the great melting disaster, lol!!! Talk to you on Skype this week?
