  1. Those are great, I have been looking at them for about a year, but in the past they didn’t have those big enough for 1/32.
  2. As a matter of fact, I had the Up-armored version, which had all the parts, plus a butt-load of PE. An example is each roller wheel instead of 3 parts like a Tamiya, it had about 40 parts, the muffler had about 30 parts, instead of 3 on the newer Dragon Platz version, which is what I bought. I have since sold the early dragon kit. so what do I do? I build a Tamiya Tiger I that has a 100 part count and I added RFM individual tracks that have a 5 part per link count, which works out to be 194 links x 5 = madness and sore eyes.
  3. Yeah, Buster is a Pointer, he is a very visual dog, but he still puts his nose to use. He has caught and killed numerous birds and squirrels, caught a few cats, and one skunk. When we lived in TX, he used to hide just inside the dog door flap and wait for something to come into the yard, then....BAM! out the door.
  4. She looks like my Gretchen, lived to 17 yo. Right now its just Buster, he is 8 1/2 now.
  5. Build the FT-17, thats a nice simple tank with some cool paint jobs. You know...Hobby Town in Lewisville had a 1/6 scale Sherman a while back....
  6. If you get the right kit, its easy. Glue it all together, paint everything one color. I have a total of 5 colors on the Panzer. Gray, steel, rust, wood, and black primer. If you screw it up, throw some mud or dirt on it, screw it up even worse? Battle damage!
  7. ok, next question How do you flip/rotate a picture? It shows up correctly on my computer, but once I move i\t here, it goes sideways,
  8. I needed to take a break from planes, decided to build some armor. I was getting burned out by long, seemingly endless builds, so when that happens, I try do do a few quick builds and get my mojo back. Build one, Dragon Platz Panzer IV Ausf.D. I built this in a weekend, a total of 7 build hours, including paint, It still needs a layer of dullcoat and weathering, but pretty much done. I wont do the weathering until I do the Miniart base (Lithuanian Bank with cobblestone street), so the dirt and dust is cohesive. Build two, I just started last night, put the jeep together in an hour while watching TV. I am thinking of doing a Red Ball express diorama with a couple GMC trucks.
  9. I can when I get my iPad back, they are all stored on it. Unfortunately, its hundreds of miles away right now.
  10. https://www.hobbyzone.biz/ Warning, the 36mm racks dont fit the Large 30ml glass bottles like AK, MRP, and Alclad. They do make an open rack for those. https://www.hobbyzone.biz/hz/hz_om05u.shtml
  11. Well...there you go...I just planned your next Corsair build after this! I was Actually thinking about his plane for my next Corsair build.
  12. Hey John, slightly off topic, but have you ever built Pappy Boyington's bird?
  13. Sadly, I used to do two kits at a time, and finish one before I start another. However, once I started the flock of Warhawks, that all went to shit, then I got the B-24, and that is taking all my time now. I still plan to revisit the P-40s later.
  14. I use a glue bottle holder I bought at a show, the storage is from Hobby Zone, although its tough to figure out what you need before you start playing with it. I use the vertical brush holder more than the horizontal below it.
