Oh, those night bathroom trips - know them so well. Nice work on installing the LED lights - going to be a gem for sure. -

Mark (Brother Bear) WOW, absolutely fantastic build and detailing. So good to see you checking in and following along. -
Oliver Perfection doesn't come close. Thoroughly enjoying the ride.

Carl Agreed - the flying bridge does look so good and a huge improvement.

Bill Nice start on your Kingfisher and hopefully this week I'll have the P-40 finished and then on to my Monogram Kingfisher full time. According to what I've read referencing to Dana Bell, the cockpit color was Dull Dark Green / Bronze Green. I'm leaning towards Dull Dark Green. IP looks mighty good.

My money is on Ernie jumping all over the C-46 kit and should be able to detail it from memory.

Very nice progress -
Mark Terrific progress. it's not the number of parts but the painting and weathering, which are right up your alley! .

Kev 62 seems so young to me (I turned 75 in November). Still building the bed should get you brownie points for all your other hobbies.😉 -

Carl Same here - I bought some when they first brought the line out and I some issues shooting them and masking tape tended to lift the paint, a problem I didn't have with MM enamels, which I love. I bit the bullet and moved on. -
Chris Yup, great folks and surely helps keep the wallet very thin Never knew you did photography/research work for HPH on the SR71. Could very well be we are going to have two gorgeous Blackbirds this year. I just may need to find a part time job to buy all the kits I know I want. 😉

Scott Nice work on the yellow paint work for the Flying Sub. Nothing more important then keeping the 'Chief' happy.😉 -

Chris Some mighty nice progress and I have to agree, putting in the pilots and covering up the seats would be a shame. And completely agree about the IP, the kit IP is way better then the resin replacement - now that something you don't see every day. Sidewall look so good with all the details and pre-shading came through perfectly. -
Carl Unreal .. fantastic work and your PE skills are topflight. Nice plan and it's like having money in the bank just in case but seeing how you are sailing through the PE, you will be removing the kit parts. Thoroughly enjoying your progress and following all the way. I'm just still in the cleanup stages with the Kingfisher as I'm only less then a few work sessions away from finishing he P-40 and then it's an all out assault on my GB entry.

Ernie Right with you

Ernie Nice going on the cammo and looking so good. I'm a conservative guy and on the opposite side of the cammo fence and really do like the tri color Pacific Theatre paint schemes. I rarely almost never think of the Atlantic color cammo schemes for USN aircraft, as for me, they made their mark in history in the pacific.

Ernie CMK & HPH - I never knew - thanks for the info and background.

Hubert With new technologies being adapted by the AM companies, the incredible quality of the parts just keeps skyrocketing. I'm addicted to Quinta Decal Sets and always look to see if one is available for a new project before I decide whether or not to proceed. I just saw Quinta is releasing a new cockpit set for the Boarder Models Lancaster and it does look brilliant. But getting back to the Cutlass, your detail work is first class.
